Royal Wedding 2018

International news was made on 15 December last year, via Twitter, when Kensington Palace announced that  Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will tie the knot on 19 May 2018. Since the announcement, the media has been  focused on the upcoming event. Everyone here at The Beaufort Hotel is keenly awaiting the day.

The marriage of Prince Harry and Megan Markle will take place in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle at 12:00 19 May 2018.

Bridesmaids

Everyone is wondering who Meghan Markle has chosen to be her bridesmaids. As usual it is likely that the public will not have this information until the day of the nuptials. The media have speculated that Prince George and Princess Charlotte will take the roles of page boy and flower girl. Seeing that Meghan has deleted her Instagram account it is difficult to determine the identity of her bridesmaids.  However, actress Priyanka Chopra, tennis champion Serena Williams, designer Misha Nonoo and stylist Jessica Mulroney are all names that have been suggested.

Planning ahead

As you can imagine, several days leading up to and after the big day are going to be filled with  celebrations across the city of London.
